WDIS Remix: The 50-50 Shot

From Theory To Practice

From one day to the next, one week to the next, or one month to the next, the stock market is a 50-50 proposition. The probability that a stock moves higher is 50%, and the probability that a stock moves lower is 50%. In the options world, too, we will sometimes find ourselves in similar 50-50 situations. Our preference is still for higher probability trades that skew the odds in our favor, but the occasional coin flip has a home, too.
