Role: Salesforce Platform Manager
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Manager to lead the continued evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for seasoned Administrators who have an appetite to expand beyond technical implementation and apply their strategic product capabilities in a more autonomous position.
As our primary Administrator, you'll have the unique opportunity to go beyond the traditional Admin role by owning the strategic vision and growth trajectory of our platform. This position empowers you to not only maintain technical system excellence, but to architect bold, scalable solutions that drive platform optimization and business value. You'll have the autonomy to align technical expertise with business strategy, maximizing our Salesforce investment while collaborating with teams across the organization.
What you’ll do:
Salesforce Administration
- Configure and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem including Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and connected applications
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
- Develop and optimize workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts
- Monitor system health, performance, and data quality
- Provide technical support for users and troubleshoot system issues
- Execute regular system maintenance, updates, and release management
- Maintain a high-quality system for documentation of solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications
Product Ownership
- Oversee all aspects of the Salesforce platform, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
- Serve as the primary interface between the business and the Salesforce platform, translating business needs into technical solutions
- Own the complete project lifecycle – from taking a business problem to designing a solution based on technical expertise, building out the technical requirements, executing implementation, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce roadmap that supports business objectives and future growth
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
- Conduct platform demonstrations and collect user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate and prioritize feature requests from various business units
Who you are:
- 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Administrator preferred)
- Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and flows
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and data architecture
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional specifications
- Proven project management expertise with ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and processes
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of how Salesforce impacts business outcomes
- Excellent collaboration skills with ability to work across different departments
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
The actual salary offered will be based on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications
