As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform marketing strategies and tactics. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify key performance indicators and develop reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. 

What you'll do

• Gather, clean, and organize data from a variety of sources, including web analytics, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems 
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies and tactics 
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify key performance indicators and develop strategies to optimize marketing efforts 
• Provide recommendations for data-driven marketing campaigns and initiatives based on data analysis 
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for data-driven marketing 

Who you are 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, or a related field 
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field 
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics, etc.) 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus (e.g., Salesforce) 
• Experience with analyzing data in ad platforms a plus (e.g., Google, Facebook, DSPs)
